Goal: Attract new leads for group program through podcast interviews

BACKGROUND

I know we say that every client is one of our favorites, but Victoria Albina is truly one of the best we’ve ever had. Her commitment to landing press and leveraging each hit she gets has taught us a thing or two about strategically building relationships. (We’re not afraid to admit that we’re always learning too!)

When she first reached out, she was pivoting her business model from 1x1 client work to group program enrollment.

Until that point, she had been interviewed on around 10 podcasts and had a slew of editorial logos on her site from places like Mind Body Green, Cosmopolitan, goop, and The Wall Street Journal.

Our goal? Secure 20 podcast interviews on reputable shows over a span of 5 months.

OUR STRATEGY

Victoria wanted to be known for more than just her functional medicine background since it tended to attract people who wanted 1x1 health restoration services. Instead, she wanted to talk to a greater variety of audiences about topics like codependency, perfectionism, and breathwork.

After reworking her messaging to focus on her preferred topics, we began to pitch shows known for their emphasis on holistic health and personal development that had 100+ reviews and a healthy social media following of above 5k.

HER RESULTS

We’re 75% of our way through this engagement, and we’ve already booked 16 interviews for Victoria.
